1. Are your goods original?
Answer: Some of our goods are from origin factories clearance stocks. Some are not manufactured by the origin companies, but are made with origin manufacturing facilities and materials such as the high quality durable materials, professional craftsmanship and custom color way. (All the products we offered here is packed with original box, full tag, size, washing mark, brand mark, packing etc, it all the same you buy from retail store in your country) 

2. Do you offer a drop ship service worldwide?
Answer: Yes. We do offer the drop ship service all over the world. but mini order must be 10pcs.

3. What are your payment methods?
Answer: We can accept western union, money gram, bank transfer(Debit/Credit Card Payment). You are welcome to contact us for payment details.

4. What is your minimum order and is it possible to offer me sample?
Answer: Our minimum order is 5pcs per style per color but size can be mixed within 5pcs. Sample is ok here for us once we are sure that you are real and potential customers and you are agreed to pay for the sample charge here; but we can't offer free sample here, because too many customer asking for free samples.

5. How to process my orders?
Answer: Firstly you are welcome to visit our website, select the products that you are interested, and then you can contact us via email or Online Chatting System (MSN/ SKYPE), and then our sales staff will let you know the details about your order. You can send your payment via our acceptable terms of payment and provide your delivery details. Then we will send your orders out and let you know the tracking number immediately.

6. What is your delivery time?
Answer: After payment, we will send goods within 2 working days if your selected goods are in stock.and you will get it in a week.

7. Do the prices shown include the shipping charges?  
Answer: No. The prices shown do not include the shipping charge. 

8. How much is the shipping cost to your country?
Answer: It depends on the regions, weight of your order and the delivery company. On our experience, we will use suggest the cheapest delivery rate, safest delivery way and fastest delivery time. (If you know your estimate weight of your order, please read our postage chart. Simply type in the weight value in Kg, the postage will be generated automatically.)  

9. How can I know about my order status?
Answer: Once we dispatch your order, a tracking number will be provided, which you can track your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your order until they reach to you.

10£®Does your company receive OEM order?
Answer: Yes. We are happy to receive any OEM order, but your order quantity must reach minimum order requirement from our factory. (Normally over 300pcs on each design, size can be mixed)

11. What about I want to purchase some products but I cannot find from your website?Answer: Do not worry. We have a closed relationship with many wholesale companies and factories. You can just send us the products photos you are looking for.
